I am a licensed architect and a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK), having worked in both Cyprus and the United Kingdom since 2017. I specialize in high-level architecture and detailing and I have many years of experience in the construction sector and project management.

The services I can provide are as follows:

– Complete package with all necessary architectural drawings/studies/applications for official permits, consultation with authorities, architectural terms and specifications, analysis/evaluation of contractors’ tenders, on-site supervision, and coordination of all parties until the delivery of the project.

– Detail drawings of furniture, kitchen, wardrobes, landscape, etc for the construction.

– A walkthrough video of the exterior and interior areas of the project including over fifty 3D renderings.
