We work with clients from discovery (Blueprint) through fixed-price MVP builds to long-term Care & Growth retainers. Our clients include organisations in the change management and sports coaching sectors. We’re a small team, so every engineer has real ownership and direct impact.

The role
We’re looking for a software engineer who can build and ship quality software while coordinating delivery across our projects. You’ll split your time between hands-on development and running the team’s sprint process, working closely with the founder, the development team, and clients.

Responsibilities

Engineering

• Build and maintain web applications using .NET Core / C#, React / TypeScript, and SQL Server
• Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions
• Take part in code reviews and support junior and graduate developers
• Build and maintain APIs, data models, and third-party integrations
• Work with Azure hosting and deployments
• Help maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release processes

Delivery & project coordination

• Run Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain and prioritise backlogs across multiple client projects
• Break down requirements into user stories, tasks, and estimates
• Coordinate team capacity across concurrent projects
• Track progress, flag risks early, and keep delivery on time and in scope
• Join client meetings for requirements gathering, demos, and status updates
• Contribute to discovery phases, translating client workflows into technical scope
• Help improve our delivery process and tooling

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong C# and .NET Core (Web API, Entity Framework Core)
• Strong React and TypeScript
• Solid SQL Server skills: schema design, queries, stored procedures, migrations
• Experience with Azure
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum, ideally having run sprints or coordinated a team
• Able to manage several workstreams in parallel
• Comfortable communicating with non-technical clients
• Fluent English
• Able to work on-site in Paphos

• Agency / consultancy background
• Experience building SaaS or workflow-based platforms
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Jira, Azure DevOps, or Linear
• Greek language
